Refund Policy

The Templitize Bundle is a digital product. Your private Library — and every Master Template in it — is available the moment your payment goes through, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.

If something doesn't work

If a template doesn't duplicate, behaves differently than described, or you're stuck setting it up, email hello@templitize.com from the address you bought with. We'll fix the template, send you a corrected version through your Library, or walk you through it — that's what Lifetime Updates are for.

Your right of withdrawal (EU/UK buyers)

Because your Library is delivered immediately, you're asked at checkout to agree to immediate access to digital content. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Refunds we issue anyway

If we ever refund a purchase — for example after a duplicate charge — or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the Library Link for that purchase is revoked and the templates can no longer be duplicated from it. Copies you already duplicated into your own workspace aren't removed by us, but the Bundle License no longer covers them.
